Procedures we do not offer
We do not perform elective cosmetic procedures, including tail docking, ear cropping, or declawing.
Straight answers
Because the honest answer depends on your pet. A 12 lb terrier and a 95 lb shepherd need different amounts of anesthetic, different implant sizes and different surgical time. The range tells you the realistic bracket; the written estimate after we examine your pet tells you the actual number.
It should not be. We give you a written estimate after examining your pet and nothing proceeds until you have agreed to it. If something changes during surgery that would alter the cost meaningfully, we stop and call you before continuing.
Yes. We accept third-party financing including CareCredit and Scratchpay, which let you spread the cost over time. Cost should not be the reason a treatable problem goes untreated — talk to us and we will work through the options.
Payment is due at the time of service, but we will provide the itemised invoice and medical records your insurer needs to reimburse you. Most policies cover a meaningful share of surgical costs, so it is worth checking your coverage before the procedure.
We are an outpatient surgical centre, not a 24-hour hospital. We do not carry the overnight staffing, emergency intake or inpatient facilities that a full hospital does, and that difference in overhead is passed on to you — without any difference in the standard of the surgery itself.
After-hours emergency
If your pet is in distress outside our hours, call us first — we will direct you to the right care immediately.

When your petneeds surgery, everydecision matters.
Send us the details and any records you already have. We will call you within one business day with a plan and a price — and no obligation to go ahead.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM · After-hours emergency by availability
