Dr. Chloe Silva was born and raised in South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Sydney in Australia.

Dr. Silva has a strong passion for small animal surgery and is dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care that improves the health, comfort, and quality of life of her patients. Her surgical experience includes a broad range of soft tissue, orthopedic, dental, and emergency procedures. She is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine while tailoring treatment plans to each patient and maintaining open, compassionate communication with pet owners and referring veterinarians.

As Co-Founder of Surgery For Pets, Dr. Silva is passionate about making advanced surgical care more accessible and affordable without compromising quality. Dr. David Spranklin is a fifth-generation veterinarian with an extensive background in advanced small animal surgery. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and completed a rotating internship at Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Spranklin went on to complete a comprehensive surgical residency at Washington State University, where he received advanced training in soft tissue, orthopedic, and oncologic surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (DACVS).

Throughout his career, Dr. Spranklin has remained committed to providing exceptional surgical care using the latest evidence-based techniques and technologies. His approach emphasizes individualized treatment plans, meticulous surgical technique, and close collaboration with referring veterinarians to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Brooke Moore Joseph began her veterinary career in 2019 and has worked as a veterinary technician ever since. She has gained extensive experience across every area of hospital operations, progressing from kennel support to specialising as a surgical technician. Her initial devotion to animals evolved into a deep-seated passion for veterinary medicine, with a particular focus on surgical excellence.

Brooke has supported a diverse array of procedures, from routine soft tissue surgeries to complex specialty cases such as spinal decompressions. She takes great pride in her collaborative work with neurosurgeons, where she managed MRI diagnostics and assisted in life-changing surgeries that restored mobility to paralysed patients.

As an advanced life support certified technician, Brooke has specialised expertise in anesthetic monitoring and comprehensive patient husbandry. She is also dedicated to the professional development of fellow technicians and to enhancing client communication.
